  We have had four family members pass away in the past couple of years, and on each occasion have found Vincent's to be very helpful - efficient, professional, and respectful of the family's wishes. We have met multiple members of their staff and have never had any issues, and each funeral has run smoothly and proved to be a good send-off for our loved one.

  To Peter Vincent reply. You Know as well as I do that he did not meet with you prior to change arrangements as if he did you would be able to supply a date that he did so. But as you know he was in hospital a lot of that time and you would not know what date to pluck out of the air. This is just disgusting that you made a mistake and can not admit to it. Would of been a lot easier on all if you had just owned your problem. Also just to clarify this is not just my own feelings this is from all his 7 children

  The worst experience. They let an unauthorized person change a pre paid funeral. Which then lead to that person having a service that may as well been about a stranger. They also buried the person in the wrong town. Also got the death certificate wrong. I have tried to contact them over the last 12 months and they just dont return calls. very un proffesional.
